How To Breathe
Everybody knows how to breathe, right? If they didn’t, I think that would be a problem. This post can teach you how to practice calming breathing exercises that you can try in situations that just messes with your emotions, nervous systems, or mindset.
I add more each time I learn more about a new one!
Box Breathing (most common)
Lay your hand over your belly, fill your belly up with air and hold for three seconds, and release. Do that as many times as needed; you should be able to feel your belly fill up with air and deflate as you breathe in and out.
